What are the benefits of a monthly  Facial?

A facial deeply exfoliates dead skin cells and removes dirt, oil and bacteria in a way that you can't do without a professional. Facials renew skin cells by circulating the blood flow, which then can decrease puffiness and fluid build up that comes from our lymphatic system. Getting regular skincare treatments will slow the skins aging, boost collagen production and give you beautiful flawless skin. A facial leaves your skin glowing, healthy and radiant. Not to mention the deep relaxation you experience during this treatment. 

What types of Facials are there?

Annie does not offer anything but a customized facial. Everything is custom picked and tailored to your skin needs. You don't have to make any decisions, it is all up to the pro.

Downtime?

There is no downtime associated with a facial.

What results will I see?

At the beginning of your facial you'll be asked what you would change about your skin if you could.  From there the facial will be tailored to attacking those issues. If you have acne, you will experience clearer skin. If you have wrinkles, you will notice a more lifted and youthful skin. If you have discoloration, you will notice it fading. If you have dry skin, you will notice more hydrated glowing skin. 

How long do the results last?

About 4-6 weeks. Maintaining your skin at home between facials is very important. Annie will go over your skincare routine and help you adjust it to be more effective. Rebook monthly to keep your results and continually improve your skin.

What is included?

Deep cleansing, hot towels, exfoliation, extractions, dermaplaning(optional), custom mask, massage, ice globes, eye & lip treatment. If you would like anything specific, just ask!

Dermaplaning?

This technique is used to remove your dead skin cells and peach fuzz. It is great for most clients who want that glowy glass like skin. Bacteria can live on the hair on our face so it helps acne clients to have clearer skin. Extremely sensitive skins or those prone to really bad razor burn should avoid this part. Dermaplaning is 10$ extra.

Facial Aftercare

  • It is ideal to do nothing after treatment. Do not touch the skin. Let the products on your skin soak in overnight, so skip your evening routine after a facial.

  • Avoid the sun in general, but especially after any skincare treatment. Your skin is more susceptible to sun damage after it has been exfoliated. 

  • Even though it is tempting, do not touch your new gorgeous skin!

  • Change your pillowcase.

  • Drink plenty of water.

  • Stay consistent with your at home care and schedule your next facial in 4 weeks.
